Canaan Valley

The Canaan Valley highland is a wetland perched at about 3,200 feet above sea level. It gets lots of snow in the winter, and lots of rain in the summer. This cool, wet climate provides unique opportunities for exploration including mountain streams, bogs, and even wide-open wetlands.
